REFUND POLICY. Full refunds are only granted in unique instances whereby the guest experience has been altered significantly. Just Salad reserves the right to use discretion in issuing full refunds. Partial refunds are issued for missing items or ingredients. In circumstances where an order is incorrectly prepared, Just Salad will remake the item for no additional charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY. For orders placed on mobile or web, all users will receive a confirmation receipt sent to their email. If the order has already been prepared in-store, it is deemed non-cancellable and non-refundable. Guests are responsible for orders placed to an incorrect location, and additional charges may apply to transfer orders to the desired store.
STORE CREDIT. Store credit is issued in the form of a single-use promo code, valid only for digital orders. Promo codes are issued on a case-by-case basis and Just Salad reserves the right to cancel or revoke store credit at any time and for any reason.
