Getting Started
1. How do I join the Just Salad Loyalty Program?
- Get started by downloading the Just Salad app or orderjustsalad.com and going to the rewards tab. Program is subject to the the terms and conditions available at https://www.justsalad.com/terms
2. Do I need to sign up separately for in-store and online orders?
- At this time, the rewards program is only on the Just Salad app! You can download it here:
3. What is an eligible transaction?
- Every transaction over $12 (excluding tax or fees) will earn a mystery box! You can open your mystery box and claim your reward in the Rewards tab of your app. But don’t wait, your mystery box will expire within 24 hours.

4. Is there a cost to join the loyalty program?
- No! It’s totally free to join!
5. How do I earn points?
- This is not a points-based program! It’s even better - you’ll earn a reward with every eligible transaction.

Earning Rewards
7. How do I earn rewards in the Just Salad Loyalty Program?
- Each transaction over $12 (excluding tax or fees ) earns a reward! The more you spend, the better your rewards are!
- After an eligible transaction you’ll earn a mystery box. Go to the Rewards tab of your app and click to reveal your reward!
8. Can I earn rewards on both in-store and online purchases?
- Yes! Just make sure to scan your loyalty app in-store.
9. What types of rewards can I earn?
- Rewards may include:
- Free items (which may include warm bowls, smoothies, snacks, or drinks)
- Discounts (dollars off your order)
10. How can I check my progress toward earning rewards?
- To view your rewards activity, open your app and click on the Rewards tab! Here you’ll find current rewards and how you can keep earning more!
Redeeming Rewards
11. How do I redeem my rewards?
- Follow these steps:
- Open your app and add the item to your bag. To apply a reward to an item, that item must be in your bag!
- Manually select your reward during checkout in the Just Salad app.
If you notice a reward but it can’t be applied, double check that you’ve added an eligible item to your bag first.
12. Why can’t I redeem my reward? (e.g., it’s grayed out, doesn’t apply, etc.)
- You may not have an item in your bag that’s eligible for that reward. For example, to claim a free wrap, you need to first add a wrap to your order.
- Whenever you have rewards that you’ve earned but can’t apply to your current order, you’ll see those rewards in gray.
13. Can I use multiple rewards on a single purchase?
- No, you can only apply one reward or discount offer per order.
14. Do my rewards expire?
- Yes, rewards must be redeemed within one month of opening your mystery bowl. To find out when they expire, look at the rewards available in your app account!

15. What makes this loyalty program unique compared to others?
- You’ll earn rewards faster! Unlike other programs, at Just Salad you earn a reward after every eligible purchase!
16. Can I choose which rewards I receive, or are they randomly assigned?
- Kind of like a slot machine or a prize wheel, you never know what you’ll get! That’s the fun of it.
17. How does the “puzzle piece” system work?
- Think of a puzzle piece like a small game. Once you collect all of the puzzle pieces toward a specific reward, your reward will become available!
18. Can I earn rewards for referring friends?
- Not yet, but look out for this in the future!
Troubleshooting & Common Issues
19. Why are my rewards not showing up in my account?
- Rewards can take up to a day to appear in your app account. If you aren’t seeing yours and you’ve hit the minimum spend (before tax!), make sure you’ve updated your app to the latest version. If you still run into issues, or feel you’re missing a reward you should have earned, contact us at [email protected]
20. Why didn’t I receive a reward after my last purchase?
- Your order was not $12+ before tax/fees.
- You did not scan your app in-store.
- Your app is not up to date.
- If everything looks good and you’re still missing a reward, email us at [email protected].
21. I was awarded a reward, but it’s for an item I don’t want. Can I exchange it?
- While we can’t exchange your reward for something else, the good news is that it’s so easy to keep earning so you’re bound to unlock something you love very soon!
22. What should I do if my rewards disappear before I can use them?
- Check the Rewards tab in your app for expiration dates! Expired rewards cannot be restored.
23. I placed multiple orders but haven’t received any rewards. What should I check?
