Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our Services, restaurants, products, activities, events, and publications; details about how you engage with our communications; demographic information such as your gender; and information you provide when you participate in an event, contest or promotion.
Automatic Collection. We, our service providers and third party partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your activity over time on the Site, the App and other online Services, including:
Device data, such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, the website you visited before browsing to our website, unique identifiers (such as device ID), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
Online activity data, such as the date and time of your visit, pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, search terms you enter using our Services, access times, and duration of access.
Precise geolocation data, such as location-based information (by allowing our App to access your location).

Cookies and Similar Technologies. Like many online services, We use the following cookies and similar technologies to facilitate some of our automatic data collection:
Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of tracking user activity and patterns, helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences and generally improving your browsing experience. This type of information is collected to make the Site more useful to you and to tailor the experience with Us to meet your special interests and needs.
Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are typically used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked, typically to compile statistics about usage of websites and the success of marketing campaigns. We may use web beacons to collect information about your interactions with our email messages, such as the links you click on and whether you open or forward a message, the date and time of these interactions and the device you use to read emails.
Software development kits, or SDKs, which are used to incorporate third party computer code into our App that allows our third party service providers or advertising partners to collect data directly from our App for a variety of purposes, including to provide Us with analytics regarding the use of our App, to integrate with social media, add features or functionality to our App, or to facilitate online advertising.
Information Collected from Other Sources. We may receive personal information about you from companies that help provide our Services. We may also receive personal information from other third parties, such as:
Data providers, such as information services and data licensors.
Publicly-available sources, such as social media platforms.
Marketing partners, such as companies that have entered into joint marketing relationships or other joint ventures with us.
Depending on your personal device and App permission settings, when using the App, we may collect or have access to your:
Precise geolocation. When you give the App permission to do this, the App may use your mobile device’s location services to collect real-time information about the location of your device (using both GPS and other methods) to provide requested location services, ensure your orders are placed at the correct location, and to serve you relevant offers or promotions.
Camera. When enabled, this may allow the App to access the camera to scan and input payment method details. Providing access to your Camera function is entirely optional.
Wi-Fi connection information. When enabled, this may allow the App to view Wi-Fi connections.
Other. The App will send and receive data to and from the Internet, and may view network connections, have full network access, control vibration of your device, or prevent your device from sleeping.
You may be able to enable or disable geolocation collection by the App by adjusting the permissions in your account or device settings. If GPS precise location services are disabled, other means of establishing or estimating location (e.g., connecting to or proximity to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, beacons, or our networks) may still be active.
Some of the technology described above is used by us or our partners to correlate information collected about you over time across two or more websites or online services.
Information About Others. If you decide to invite a third party to create an account, We will collect your and the third party’s name and e-mail address to send an e-mail and follow up with the third party. As part of your use of the Services, We may provide you the opportunity to connect automatically with your friends through the use of contact importer tools. If you elect to use these tools, We will access information regarding your friends to facilitate automatic connection with your friends. In all cases, when you share the personal information of others with Us, you are responsible for ensuring that you have their permission to do so.
The online Services are not intended for, and are not intentionally targeted to, children under 13, and we do not knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under 13 years of age through the Services. If we learn that the online Services have received personal information directly from a child who is under the age of 13, we will delete the information in accordance with applicable law. advertise to you both on and off the Services, which may include tailoring ads to your inferred interests and measuring the performance of our ad campaigns;
make inferences about connections between different internet-connected devices used by you or members of your household;
provide location services;
manage health and safety in our restaurants;

prevent, investigate, identify, stop, or take any other action with regard to suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity, claims or other liabilities, or any activity that violates our policies; or
for any other purpose, with your consent where appropriate.
III. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

Third Parties Designated by You. When you use the Services, the personal information you provide will be shared with any third parties that you authorize to receive such information.

VII. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Text Messages. We may offer communications via SMS texts or similar technology (including via automatic telephone dialing equipment, if we received the appropriate consents from you in accordance with applicable law) sent by Just Salad or any of its service providers, such as when we send you text messages to confirm, process and notify you about the status and pickup location of an order you place with us, or for any customer service, account-related or marketing purpose. To stop receiving text messages from a code operated by Just Salad, reply STOP to any message you receive from such code. Note that we may send you a message to confirm receipt of your STOP request. Message and data rates may apply for this service. You can also opt-out of Just Salad marketing texts by emailing us your request and mobile telephone number to [email protected].
Interest-Based Advertising. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and are subject to the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising published by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA).
