Pesto Chicken

A popular sauce since the time of ancient Rome, pesto has firmly established its place as a healthy and tasty complement to staple foods like pasta or chicken. Pesto items on our menu include pesto chicken, an all-natural chicken enriched with the deep flavor of pesto, and the Pesto Chicken Paradise ($8.95), a healthy mix of arugula-mesclun, pesto chicken, fresh broccoli, sweet sun-dried tomatoes, sliced almonds, and crisp red onion.

Fun Fact: Pesto derives its name from the Latin pestare (“to pound or crush”) because it is traditionally prepared by crushing basil and pine nuts with a marble mortar and wood pestle.

Just Salad Chicken Goes All Natural!

We are pleased to announce that our grilled chicken is now all natural, straight from Sanderson Farms! This means that our new chicken has:

• No added hormones
• No additives
• No artififcial ingredients

Marinated for 24 hours before hitting the grill, this new chicken is out of this world. Make sure to stop by and try it out!
