After reviewing all of your dressing suggestions with Chef Laura, we are excited to announce our Moroccan Tahini and Chipotle Vinaigrette dressings. Both dressings are Vegan and Gluten Free! Our Moroccan Tahini dressing balances the nuttiness of tahini with a hint of cayenne pepper and a little lemon. This dressing pairs especially well with our Mediterranean Mix salad or wrap. In our version of the classic Niçoise salad, we combine romaine lettuce with albacore tuna, Kalamata olives, string beans, and a hard boiled egg. Paired with a fresh half lemon wedge and olive oil, our Tuna Nee-Swah is a great way to jump-start healthy eating habits this year. YEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAW! Our new Chipotle Cowboy has romaine and iceberg lettuces, with grilled chicken, pepper jack cheese, black beans, cilantro, crunchy onions, and avocado.
