What is your ideal salad/wrap? The PANDAN: half arugula-half mesclun, celery, chickpeas, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, olives, wheatberries, feta, a splash of balsamic vinegar… my mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Favorite topping? Wheatberries!

Which topping are you most afraid of/nervous to try? Aged white cheddar – how old is it? (Ed. Note: It may be aged, but it’s always fresh!)

What topping do you wish we had? Red cabbage, kidney beans
