Produce Delivered Fresh Daily!

Every morning, each of our stores receives a fresh shipment of produce. Many restaurants are unable to do this as their produce volume does not warrant this; however, we have no choice!

Most of our locations do not even have the space to stock more then one day’s worth of produce. The result is that your Romaine lettuce will be crispy, your cucumbers will be crunchy and your grape tomatoes wont have any soft spots. Being the freshest dude on the block is part of what makes Just Salad so cool.

Did you know that you can mix and match any combination of our lettuces? Best of all: mix-and-matching our lettuces won’t cost extra! Our six greens–baby spinach, iceberg, mesclun, red cabbage, romain, and arugula–have different flavors, nutrients, colors, and textures.

For the most nutrients, check out spinach or arugula, both of which are renowned for their health-promoting and cancer-fighting properties.
