I like to make my own. It has to be healthy, but also spicy, crunchy and sweet at the same time. Definitely finished off with a great dressing.

Favorite Just Salad moment or other food memory?

I went to Just Salad on maiden lane, and someone on staff made a mistake. The customer he was helping seemed a little upset, and the employee belted out in an opera-like/blues bar tone ‘We’re only humannnnnnn, we’re bound to make mistakes..” I laughed out loud so hard. The rest of the employees joined in the song clapping and dancing. It was really cute.
