What is your ideal salad/wrap?
Ideal Salad: Walnuts, blue cheese, cranberries, hearts of palm, grilled chicken, balsamic dressing.

Favorite Topping?
Cranberries

Which topping are you most afraid of/nervous to try?
Roasted Chickpeas

What topping do you wish we had?
Black beans!  (Ed. Note: We do have a black beans and corn mix!)

If you had to be trapped in a TV show for a month, which show would you choose?
LOST

What is the one food in your life that you will never give up?
Spicy hummus! It is the best thing ever. A close second is peanut butter.

What is your favorite place in the city, your ideal date, or idea of a perfect day?
My idea of a perfect day would begin with a run around the Central park loop, followed by a lunch at Just Salad and some celebratory ice cream. I’d then spend some time shopping, swimming, or watching the Miami Heat. I’d cook something delicious for dinner, and end the day by spending time with friends. And maybe dancing salsa. Woo hoo!

If you could be any topping, which would you be and why?
I’d say I’d like to be egg whites. It’s lean, nutritious, and delicious.
