Being overweight the majority of my life, I never thought I would say it, but SALAD!

My idea of a perfect day is sleeping in, boxing in the afternoon, justsalad post-workout, then an evening full of live music, dancing, and good company.

Mesclun, dried cranberries, carrots, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, blue cheese, balslamic vinaigrette dressing

Dried cranberries, because it’s that sweet finish that stays with you after the salad’s gone!
