About Just Salad

Just Salad is a start-up salad chain founded in 2005 by Nick Kenner and Rob Crespi, and now boasts five locations throughout Manhattan as well as two locations in Hong Kong.  In addition to catering towards the young professional crowd, the Just Salad menu is under the guidance of Chef Laura Pensiero and is updated seasonally with new salad recipes that use seasonal ingredients. All ingredients are ordered fresh every day to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.
