Our Story

Just Salad began in 2006 with a simple idea: offer healthy, affordable, climate-conscious meals that are irresistibly delicious. We started with just salad… really good salad. Today, we've grown to over 100 locations across seven states, offering an earth-friendly menu of fresh salads, bowls, wraps, soups, and smoothies. Everything we do—from reusable bowls to top-quality ingredients—is designed to make mindful eating convenient, so you can satisfy your cravings without compromising your values.

As the home of the world’s largest restaurant reusable program (shoutout to our iconic reusable bowl), we make it second nature to choose sustainability. In fact, 90% of our packaging is reusable, recyclable, or compostable.
